How are your two events connected?

Our two events are connected because Mahera’s event was abut how a volcano in Ecuador is very active and peoples homes are in great danger. My event was from 2006 in Ecudor where there had already been a volcano eruption, and experts were worried that the volcano might erupt again. Which now happens to be probably right. These events are connected because they both are about volcano Tungurahua in Ecuador. Mine was about how it was the 14th time it had erupted and experts found out that maybe it would erupt again. Mahera’swas about how the same volcano was highly active again.

What did you find interesting about this topic?

What I found interesting about this topic was that a volcano could just have an eruption after one was already held. Before I read this article I just thought a volcano could have one eruption and that then the volcano would just die out and have no more lava. I turned out to be wrong though because volvano Tungurahua had already erupted 14 times! It was interesting to learn something new about volcanoes.

What did you like about the initial blog posting?

What I liked about the initial blog posting was that she linked words to their definitions so that whoever was reading her blog would not be confused with any word. What I really like was what she would do if she was direectly involved. She thought of all the ways that she could help these people. All of her solutions were very critical. I even wish that she was directly involved! She would be really good! Also for who was affected and how, she thought of every little thing that could affect the people near the volcano.
